Lindholmen Science Park organizes an open house with lectures, networking and, not least, coffee. The theme of the day is ‘Innovation – the way to a sustainable society’ with a wide range of inspiring talks and presentations from researchers, public actors and well-known companies.
Together with the City of Gothenburg and Volvo Connected Solutions, Viscando will participate in a presentation and conversation about geofencing and smart traffic zones in the city. The starting point is two projects that have been implemented in Gothenburg: Digitized infrastructure zones (DIZ2) and Smart Urban Traffic Zones (SUTZ).
During 20 minutes, the participants will discuss – challenges, solutions and benefits with digitized and smart zones. Through examples from completed projects, concrete results will be shown on how the city’s traffic can become safer and dynamically adapt to different situations. In conclusion, the City of Gothenburg and technical companies such as Volvo and Viscando give their views on future possibilities.

Lindholmen Science Park ordnar öppet hus med föredrag, nätverkande och, inte minst, fika. Temat för dagen är ’Innovation – vägen till ett hållbart samhälle’ med ett brett spektrum av inspirerande fördrag och presentationer från forskare, offentliga aktörer och välkända företag.
Tillsammans med Göteborgs stad och Volvo Connected Solutions kommer Viscando att delta i en presentation och samtal om geofencing och smarta trafikzoner i staden. Utgångspunkten är två projekt som har genomförts i Göteborg: Digitaliserade infrastrukturzoner (DIZ2) och Smarta Urbana Trafikzoner (SUTZ).
Under 20 minuter kommer deltagarna att diskutera – utmaningar, lösningar och nyttor med digitaliserade och smarta zoner. Genom exempel från genomförda projekt kommer konkreta resultat att visas om hur stadens trafik kan bli säkrare och anpassa sig dynamiskt till olika situationer. Avslutningsvis ger Göteborgs stad och tekniska aktörer som Volvo och Viscando sin syn på framtida möjligheter.
